The groundbreaking Hybrid University Seminar is unlike any other first year program SDSU has ever implemented. It is a dual-part course, in which you will complete part of the course on your own online and the other part in class with an instructor. Also, the Hybrid University Seminar connects you to your major or helps your choose a major (if you are undeclared) by matching you with professors from your college.
With the combination of audio, video, visuals and reading assignments, you will greatly benefit from experiencing a variety of modes of learning online.
In addition, you will have the opportunity to build a personal relationship with your instructor and your peers during your in-class sessions.
