Where to start?
How to begin the study abroad process
1. Set goals for your study abroad experience
2. Choose a program
- Attend a Study Abroad Information Session
- Look through the International Student Center’s Program Finder.You can search by country, major, or language of instructions.
- Meet with the DUS International Coordinator to discuss options that will fit best with your study abroad goals
- Meet with your major academic advisor (and minor, if applicable) to discuss how study abroad will fit in with your course requirements and required sequences.
3. Apply to your selected program
4. Apply for financial aid and scholarships
5. Complete an Academic Approval Form
6. Attend a pre-departure orientation
7. GO ABROAD!
